My sister & her husband now live in Mississippi , she often mentions how much she misses good bagels. So as a Christmas/New Year gift, I sent her a dozen of your bagels – trying to convince myself that it was worth spending over $50.00 to send 12 bagels was a little difficult at first, but I knew it would please her. Her delivery arrived today and I immediately heard from her she couldn’t believe how wonderful they smelled and was going to make a cup of coffee and eat one right away! So I felt I should let you know that with your help I was able to send a little home (Pennsylvania) to her and the gift was “priceless” when I heard the excitement in her voice.

I had the opportunity to contact the vendor by e-mail. At the time I sent three e-mails to three similar businesses with an inquiry prior to purchase. Best New York bagel answered my e-mail within an hour. I have yet to hear from the others... The bagels I ordered were extremely fresh; packaging was adequate. All in all this was a very easy and pleasant experience. I will certainly use this vendor again in the future.
