Monday - Thursday:

Orders that are placed before 12 noon EST will be processed that same day for next day delivery. If your order is placed after 12 noon EST it will be baked and shipped on the following business day. If you select 2 day shipping keep in mind the 2 day shipping schedule listed below.

Friday:

Orders that are placed before 12 noon EST can select for Saturday delivery (where available) for an additional $15 FedEx charge.  (Please select Saturday delivery during checkout). If you do not elect for Saturday delivery your order will be baked and shipped on the following business day.

Saturday & Sunday:

Orders that are placed after 12 noon EST Friday, as well as anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be baked and shipped on the following business day.

Federal Express 2 Day Shipping:

2 Day Shipping Ships out ONLY on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. (Excluding any Federal Express Holidays)

Ie...if you place an order after 12 noon Wednesday the bagels will bake and ship on the following Monday to ensure freshness.

*Orders placed on a Holiday will be baked and shipped on the following business day.

*Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delivery delays through Federal Express. If you experience a delivery problem due to a Federal Express delay, you are welcome to contact us in order to gather information for pursuing your claim with Federal Express. Please note: Federal Express will not take responsibility for delays due to weather conditions.

*We also recommend making recipient aware of receipt of the goods so they are on the lookout for it. This helps preserve freshness!
