The Founder & Owner of BestNewYorkBagel.com is a native New York City Firefighter who was also born and raised in New York. He spent sometime in college away from the bright lights and big city. He appreciated many of the aspects of the Midwest but not all of it. Where it fell particularly short was in the area of cuisine. One of his favorite past times in New York was having a hearty bagel first thing in the morning. Many cities all over the United States bake and sell their own bagels. The problem is they do not taste anything like a bagel from New York. In typical New York fashion, there are many arguments about what makes the bagels here the best, the water? The altitude? Or just the pure New York attitude of the people who make them. Whatever it is, there is no disagreement the bagels made in New York City are the best!

This sentiment is what sparked the creation of BestNewYorkBagel.com, our goal to bring the best of a product to your doorstep in a timely fashion, in a professional manner at a respectable price, all with a few clicks of the mouse! BestNewYorkBagels.com is sending bagels to you fresh in time for your weekend plans! Unlike others we ensure freshness by delivering it to you in a resealable air tight bag and next day! This also gives the opportunity to save them for future occasions. We can deliver to you on Tuesday to Saturday($15 additional charge from Federal Express) (All orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST the day before you would like your bagels to be delivered)

Remember to "release the signature" on the package if you may not be home for delivery, and you believe it is safe enough to leave the package outside your front door.

Sending a gift? You also will have the option to send a personalized note in your shipment.





Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

It is our goal to send you the freshest bagels possible! However, we are aware that problems may occasionally occur. If you are unsatisfied with your bagels in any way please contact us that day so we can resolve the problem.

BestNewYorkbagel.com makes every attempt to deliver you next day Friday & Saturday (Special occasions that need earlier delivery in the week can be arranged with sufficient notice.) (Saturday Delivery requires an additional charge of $15.) However, we are not responsible for the reliability of the shipper. IF CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILABLE OR DID NOT MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO BE AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT BAGELS WHEN DELIVERED, THEN THE GUARANTEE SHALL NOT APPLY.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delivery delays through Federal Express. If you experience a delivery problem due to a Federal Express delay, you are welcome to contact us in order to gather information for pursuing your claim with Federal Express. Please note: Federal Express will not take responsibility for delays due to weather conditions.
